Slow delivery of tickets

I had to send an email to check the delivery of the tickets which caused undue stress as I still had not received them 4 days before the event I would recommend that tickets are emailed to ticket buyers at least 7 days before the event especially since I had purchased the tickets in November

Impractical jokers

Poor event got moved after booking a hotel so then needed to sort transport to the new location new tickets came and they moved our seats we were row k in the middle and now row o number 2 even though I phoned and was told they would keep the same seats In reply to your message after the event turned up to find all seats gone had to stand at the back shocking venue will never buy from you again Clearly a rubbish site with a rating so low so STAY AWAY

Confused and not sure if real

Ordered tickets and they came the day after but they are just a sheet of paper and I m not sure if they are real or not Paid a lot more then it says on it and there s names on there of people who are not me The event is not till march so at lease they came quick but don t know if I ll be able to use them or if I ll be turned away Help

The past two times I have tried to book

The past two times I have tried to book tickets through ticketweb the site has crashed and we have had to have the sale postponed I and others have put aside other activities and plans to try and get tickets to then find the site not working For a company owned by ticketmaster this is not the experience I expect

Delivering tickets good Refunds very poor

Delivering tickets they are good at otherwise I d have rated them at just one star When it comes to refunds for cancelled gigs then that s a very different matter One such gig took 2 months to obtain a refund and even then it was refunded on a different gig which had also been cancelled This other gig I still haven t received a refund some 4 months on despite contacting them 6 times I am still awaiting on them calling me but I m not holding my breath

My first time using ticketweb

My first time using ticketweb not a good experience Ordered my tickets in January and they failed to arrive by post finally they were emailed to me the day prior to the event Poor customer service line really difficult to understand the person on the other end of the line which I found very frustrating Not a good first impression

The tickets never arrived

The tickets never arrived so spent half an hour on the phone trying to get through 3 days before concert It took several attempts to sort out Tickets were then arranged to pick up on the day from box office after the VIP experience started This meant I had to phone the venue direct and email the VIP address to arrange an earlier collection The VIP experience was a different company and they were very helpful

Built to spill Thekla Bristol

I bought a ticket to see Built to Spill at the Thekla in Bristol and the venue was absolutely atrocious The venue was too small for the amount of people that was there Unfortunately I was stuck at the back and although I could just about see the band the sound quality from where I was stood was terrible The place was so overcrowded that there was no chance at getting a better spot

Easy to use However impossiblentonfind my ticket in my email box on the day I had to find out myself using Google that Inhad to log myself to your account to find my ticket Took me a while As in the first place I had to check on the venue website which was the ticket company they were using to find out it was you Also your fees are very expensive

Bit worried I have not received my

Bit worried I have not received my tickets for an event on the 26th July I have rang and contacted customer services by e-mail - keep getting the reassurance that they have been posted but that failing receipt I can collect at venue I cannot do that due to timings I have friends who have bought tickets through other retailers and received them weeks ago Totally stressed out and starting to panic
