I got excellent last minute service from Henz when I couldn t find my ticket for a gig that same evening I sent an email and got a reply very quickly and my ticket was emailed out to me again Excellent service

3 days prior to a concert I realised I had not received my tickets so I contacted customer services I filled out an online form with the reference details just before going to bed and when I awoke the next day my tickets were in my inbox Excellent customer service thank you Ann for your very prompt and polite response
