DISAPPOINTED

Unfortunately I did not receive my tickets for the concert so was disappointed that I did not get to go I was equally disappointed when I enquired with the venue iron works to be informed that the tickets were emailed and that there is nothing they could do about me missing the concert

Tickets couldnt be read by the machines

Tickets couldnt be read by the machines when gates were opened so I lost a lot of time waiting to be let in while everyone else was entering the venue and so I lost my front row spot From the sound of the people trying to scan our tickets this seems to halp9en a lot with ticketweb

I ve used Ticketweb before and found phoning in my order and having them email me the E-ticket worked the best the website has it s flawsand can get screwed up so if the event your planning to attend is something you don t want to risk any headaches on then the best thing is to call in your order and watch for the email which should come pretty soon after placing the order I give this 3 stars because of the flaws that seem to plague Ticketweb with online ordering and the mailing of tickets

Very expensive fee per ticket

The website ate works well But it s not a website and a little expensive When I bought it in stores we didn t pay a fee of 7 00 per ticket He says it is Eticket but I had to print and do everything Not even sending the ticket in my wallet on the phone is possible

Tickets didn t arrive

Tickets didn t arrive so that part of the service was poor Filled in a form to address this and everything was sorted very quickly by Kim who did a great job Would be better if they just sorted the tickets out first time but at least the rescue process was effective and well handled

Everything thing was brilliant first

Everything thing was brilliant first time we got tickets but this times been a bloody nightmare ordered 2 tickets only received 1 contacted you guy by mail and phone with absolutely no joy in fact I m expected to run round 5 days before the concert happens I ve paid my money just send me another bloody ticket simples

All s well that ends well

I booked my ticket three months before the event and my ticket never showed up Two of my friends also booked via ticketweb separately to myself and their tickets never arrived either explain that coincidence We did manage to arrange to have new tickets available to pick up at the box office an hour before the event so it worked out okay but I like to have my ticket in my hand at least a few days before the event so I won t be booking via ticketweb again

Had to chase for tickets to be emailed to me 3 days before the event having booked the show one month previously They arrived within the 48 hours as detailed on the original booking but felt this was a bit tight for time as we were going on holiday and would not have had access to email in the days leading up to the show

Not impressed

So far have no confirmation of my booking spam and junk folders checked my account won t load and I don t get an email to reset my password Tried to call the customer service line but it just gives info and cuts out It would be nice to speak to and ACTUAL person I still do not know if I have tickets Oh and the money has gone out of my bank instantly

Tickets have not arrived

Tickets have not arrived queried this after a couple of weeks emailed they gave me a list of reasons why the tickets might not have turned up clearly they had not really investigated so not impressed Admittedly the gig is not til November 21 but still not impressed
