Didn t have items in the Limited numbers box I had so felt it was OK to replace it with something else but with no notification or any communication not even at collection I was annoyed and upset as it was a father s day present and gave it to my father without checking and what was given was not good enough for what should have been in there Paper coasters and additional can instead of a keep sake coaster Whilst the value maybe similar or more the keep sake coaster would have been used for longer and more useful Very disappointed and not the first time I have had this experience with Tiny Rebel

Despite ordering mid November the courier you used lost my order a whole lorry load I believe By the time I was contacted about this only once I had contacted you to ask where the order was the T shirt I had ordered was now unavailable So not impressed this year I did receive the cans of beer I had ordered with 2 extra so some attempt at apology

Well two weeks on and still only half my order They used to have exemplary customer service they clearly have not planned and scaled in line with their success More interested in taking your money Generic blanket apologies don t cut it I bought beer on 25th November to supplement a party I am having on 10th December Happy to say my guess will be able to admire the new bar runner and pretend to sup ale from two shiny new glasses I m off to the supermarket to purchase some beer how rebellious

I ordered the Christmas beer selection with glass and two separate cans I have only receieved the 2 cans and even when emailing customer support I have had no update with tracking info for the second parcel and no updates As this was a Christmas present this is disappointing that it now probably wont arrive
