The Silm fast beers had curdled so when pouring lumps of what I can only guess is milk fell into the glass Definitely not one of your best Reached out on instagram but didn t get a reply or any acknowledgement

Awful Customer Service
First delivered the wrong items so I returned them immediately after they arranged a collection They were supposed to provide a swap but messed up instead trying to collect two items from me I contacted them and they said they d deliver the next day I told TR that was inconvenient already having waited in 3 days for their products I couldn t stay in so asked dpd to deliver to my corner shop which they confirmed they would Instead they delivered over a mile away I m currently unable to walk distances or drive due to surgery Contacted TR again to tell them I couldn t collect and instead could refund 5 instead the items I was due to receive were actually worth more but I just wanted it over They said that was fine then only refunded 4 95 Cheapskates Just the worst customer service They make BrewDog seem amazing

A little disappointed
It s almost two weeks since a placed my order and it s still not arrived not time delays or notifications of this were given at time of payment Just a little disappointed as great company and I ve not had a response to email either

Really Disappointed
Ordered the 12 beers mystery pack to the tune of 33 and just received 6 of their most basic beers x2 of each Not even 12 different beers Really disappointing as it was supposed to be for my husband for Christmas but I d be ashamed to give him that UPDATE in response to below - It s a disappointment regardless of whether or not you specify different beers Based on that you could have just sent me 12 of your cheapest beer and said well we never said they d be different I actually calculated I could have bought the 12 beers you sent me for less than the mystery pack cost

packaging not fit for purpose
Beer as good as ever but packaging not fit for purpose all the cans ordered arrived very bashed up one of them had unsurprisingly exploded Will swerve ordering online from these guys again which is a shame as their beer is decent

Ordered for the Black Friday deal but as soon as that deal was finished they offered the same deal but this time with free delivery also 192 cans of Clwb Tropica delivered Delivery driver left them in the open in my driveway and obviously took little care while placing them as several cans were ruptured and boxes soaked Obviously Tiny Rebel can t be held responsible for poor deliver staff but I wasn t pleased

Big fan but
Big fan but bought 2 fourpacks Cos Jan s Bad Enough back in Jan 2023 Opened them on 19th of August and same 2 of each pack Peanut butter and Strawberry IPA had curdled or summat but basically consistency of yoghurt Got sent 4 cans as compensation but really wary of specialist flavours from TR from now on

Order received and several cans were dented I emailed Tiny Rebel through the online contact us explaining the situation and that the cans had been purchased as a gift I received no response Very disappointed with their after sales care

Food extremely slow in arriving
Went to pick up an online order decided to get a bite to eat at the same time It was around 1 45 in the early afternoon There were exactly two other tables occupied besides us yet it took over 40 minutes for the burgers to arrive It looked like there was some sort of photo shoot going on the staff were more interested in providing food for the photo shoot than for paying customers Very very poor customer experience

Good beer awful customer service
Beer is good but the customer service is shocking when things go wrong A couple of beers weren t delivered with the order and still not received them despite multiple email requests over a month later
