The replacement beers turned up - after chasingGenerously it was four cans to replace one off beer received for a Christmas presentSadly was a fruity ipa so passed on to a young person who likes that sort of thing

Really happy with the product
Really happy with the product as always very good However at this time of year you may want to consider not having company logos on all of your boxes as this spoiled a present for Christmas which was very disappointing

Delivery issues and slow refund
Ordered over 100 of Christmas beer on 21st November Promised on 6th December it would be there in time Had not arrived by 19th December so I cancelled and was told I d be refunded Then it arrived on 28th December by which point we d made received and consumed a large order from Seven Brothers instead I offered to hand the Tiny Rebel boxes back if they sent a courier and was told twice I d be refunded UPDATE Finally received a refund after 5 weeks of chasing They ve been very nice but repeatedly failed to follow through on promises Sounds like issues are fixed so will probably give them another go one day when timely delivery is not so important as some of their beers are quite good

20 out of the 24 cans only have a shelf
20 out of the 24 cans only have a shelf life of 8 weeks and the other 4 had 11 months It was a Christmas present for my husband who loves this beer but isn t a big drinker so it doesn t give him much time to drink the short dated ones The cans tend to explode when they get to the date as we have had this happen a number of times so I m a little disappointed in this

Not up to the hype
Not up to the hype Very average food and a room with very bad acoustics making for an uneasy dining experience Good selection of own brew drinks tried several of them over the years and they are not to my taste but I wouldn t mark them down due to personal taste Very clean and friendly staff Improve the food it s the only real downside

Beer arrived quickly as usual but really disappointed that there was no bear in the box seeing as this was the offer and l ordered the very day the offer was announced in order to get a bear Did somebody forget to put my bear in the box

Great food and mixed drink standards Has a tendency for fruit flavourings in beer rather than brewing a great beer When they do brew a good beer it is fantastic Can be hit and miss and have experienced several off beers when fresh over the years

The merchandise as ever is great but the delivery arrangements weren t I didn t get notification that my order had been sent out the first I knew of it was an email from DPD five minutes before my delivery slot By this time I was out and the parcel was left with a neighbour No harm done but not ideal

Delivered to an old address that was pulled of PayPal and not input by me during the Tiny Rebel ordering process Money lost and beer gone Customer service did what they could but ultimately no beer Usually Tiny Rebel is decent though

Great beers love the brand asked a simple question via email of customer services just wanted to know when some merch was available Was passed from customer services to sales auto message said I would hear back within two days often sooner A week later no response Just not a good experience
