Excellent service from Tim very helpful but not pushy in any way Noticed a problem with the Crome around one of the lights and it s being replaced no questions asked Even delivering the car for me would definitely recommend buying from TJ car sales

I found the car I was looking for on Autotrader at TJ Car Sales however the dealership is over 200 miles away from me After looking at the excellent reviews from other customers I decided to contact the dealership initially talking to Mike and later the owner Tom I could not have been happier the way I was treated by both of them a deal was struck and they delivered my car a few days later There were a couple of items that if I had seen the car in Bridgend I would have asked to be attended to however a call to Tom resolved those and I got them done locally with Tom happy to reimburse me Very honourable people I would not hesitate to buy another car from them again

Everyone at TJ Car Sales were so lovely and welcoming This is my first car and the first car I ve bought on my own They were all really understanding of what car I needed and didn t push me to try any cars that were unsuitable just to try and make a sale - the whole conversation was led by me which was really nice and incredibly helpful Would highly recommend to anyone especially anyone looking to buy their first car

Good Experience

We bought a 15 plate car from Simon Tom at T J Car Sales They were extremely friendly and honest with their selling of the car They gave us what we expected as part exchange and were happy for us to take a test drive The car has a very small issue which is being sorted within a week we live 100 miles away and it is the earliest we can get the car back to them We will definitely look to return when we need another car
