Orders lintels from this company showed me they were in stock Heard nothing from them until I emailed to get an estimated delivery day to be told they weren t in stock but waiting for the provider to let them know how long it would take to get them for me They got back to me after a while said unfortunately it would take 4-6 weeks to get the lintels I wanted which was no good to me as I was ready to use them right away They said they will refund but it will take 1-2working days

Ordered on line and paid I got email confirming I had purchased and paid for the tables and they would be delivered in 2-3 days i was delighted only to get a email the next day to say they had none so they would send back my money Which they did but why take an order and payment and then realise they had not got the items in stock Very disappointed and now 2 weeks later I get this email thanking me for my recent purchase and asking to rate my experience with them on my recent purchase really

I got in touch twice I didn t get any response I tried chat email The website informs that orders will be processed from January 2nd Delay in delivery for any reason is acceptable But not receiving a response via email message seems neglect

Ordered a recliner Website advised 1-2 days for delivery 3 weeks later and after numerous phone calls and emails with the promise of being contacted back I was completely ignored I even asked to ve to just told if it wasn t available so I could order somewhere else No reply Until my partner rang and demanded a refund they finally advised it was not available u til Feb 2024 Would absolutely advise against using this company

I ordered a Kamado rotisserie for a gift two weeks ago and it never arrived I called after 4 days and was told it had been put away for winter but I would hear back when they could get to the warehouse to grab it Now another 4 days- guess I will call again And they have had my money for 2 weeks Updated Review 11 25 24 --- actually Michael you are incorrect I heard nothing about my order for 6 days after I placed the order and so I called and you answered as a matter of fact You told me at that time that you apologized but no one had yet gone to the warehouse to confirm that you may still have a rotisserie to sell I was told by you on the 14th that I would hear a response shortly of which no one contacted me via email phone -- nothing I then wrote the review because as I told you on the phone on the 14th that it was a birthday gift and the birthday was the 14th And then lo and behold with no notice from anyone at Tadhg O Connor a box was delivered on 19 November Tuesday that was the rotisserie So very sorry to call you out on this but I too own a business and I am so appreciative of others being aware of their customers as I try to be So let that set the record straight

Supplied product not as advertised Emailed Customer Service twice - no response after 8 days

Don t even know where to start ordered a Xmas tree got sent the wrong one on the 3rd correspondence a few days later I m told they don t have the one I ordered in stock AND then get an email that as a sign of good faith they ll give me a full refund AND will arrange pickup of the wrong one at no charge to myself The sheer and utter gall Never shop there again once bitten etc

Advertised a Samsung vacuum cleaner for sale and available paid the full price online and now informed the vacuum is sold and they are refunding my money

Bought item from website next day got email item not available website should be updated as soon as possible
