Had to ring them to get them to deliver my order a week later

Poor customer service Very dissatisfied

I got flooring there in Rathkeale job was done lovely by the two lads no complaints there But I ve been waiting for nearly 4 weeks on a refund for items not needed having to ring each week and I feel like I m being fobbed off thus is my 5th time ringing today with no joy Very poor customer service from this store Such a shame as THE NCW is brilliant

Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged TOC were quick to replace but the replacement also arrived damaged Disappointed as present won t now arrive in time for Christmas

miele replacement part is a fake replacement

I ordered a miele replacement part floor head Nowhere in the listing did state that it was not a miele part but an imitation The listing even pictured the authentic part I feel devieved

Significant improvements are required

- I ve got damaged Weber Kettle from the shop - My order was split into two parts I ve got second part after 2 weeks of waiting because shop applied incorrect address - I m trying to return damaged Kettle for 3 weeks already and get a refund without luck - Shop ignores emails until you call them

Great product back customer experience

Product is perfect but delivery was painful The person responsible for delivery did not warn me in time and I had to rush back to the house to claim it He did wait for me but when I arrived he was reluctant to help put the product in place and was very rude I am very petite and can t put a dryer in place by myself I will think twice about ordering from Tadgh O Connor in the future just because of the customer service

Received wrong size fire grate on

Received wrong size fire grate on delivery ended up having to drive to adare shop to get proper size which lady at the desk had not a clue where to find after 2 more wrong sizes brought out I eventually got right one
