Item not packaged

Easy to order online item was delivered within two working days of ordering however the item that I ordered was not packed so it got scuffed and marked in transit with the courier if there was some packing wrap put around it the item would not have been damaged

Company name missing on delivery docket

Good prices One repeat issue is that a company name ENTERED during the transaction does not appear on the reciept or delivery drivers docket I knew this would cause delivery issues as there are 50 businesses in our industrial estate so I made contact with customer care who assured me they had it sorted and had added the business name However the driver still rang me lost in an industrial estate with an incomplete address This must cause the world of unnecessary delivery issues and customer dissatisfaction

Bought online and after the purchase

Bought online and after the purchase was informed the product was out of stock This is annoying as I had to purchase elsewhere and pay again while I waited for a refund I was refunded within 5 working days

They use Farceways BEWARE

I can t fault Tadgh O Connor themselves However they use Farceways as a delivery service Usually I check that a retailer does not use Farceways but this time I forgot Had they used An Post or DPD or UPS or the Pony Express or a carrier pigeon I d give a 5 review But they lose two stars because of the atrocious delivery service of Farceways

Needs better communication

Order didn t arrive in 1-2 business days as promised Got email saying out of stock and offered suitable alternative which bizarrely arrived shrouded in plastic wrap but no box Plastic container could easily have been punctured in transit

The website does not link stock level

The website does not link stock level to their items as if I knew they would not be in stock I would have researched alternatives also the delivery time needs to be shown on their website as it also affects decision s on what to choose So if you are not in a hurry it is a very good website Great staff
