Our family Christmas Santa experience at Tadhg O Conner s formerly Vokes in Adare was top class Santa was unbelievably good and we had plenty of time to chat with him and his Elves who were so kind and helpful We were greeted by Michael on arrival who definitely set the warm and friendly tone for a very memorable and joyful visit We had plenty of photos taken of our family by the Elves so we had plenty choice for that perfect family Christmas photo We had another photo opportunity with Santa s Sleigh and even had time to enjoy complimentary mulled wine hot chocolate and lovely homemade cookies It was nice to browse around the shop while waiting for our photos and I even picked up a few bargains along the way We thoroughly enjoyed the Santa Experience and would highly recommend it I hope it runs again in 2024 Thanks to Michael and Trevor all of Santa s Elves and most especially Santa for his time and his beautifully selected toy for our child

Friendly n helpful staff good selection of products Paints section very good and Trevor so helpful and excellent at his job very knowledgeable and helpful and a very pleasant guy

I ordered a chair for my garden When I opened the packaging there were some nuts and bolts missing O Connor s responded immediately and organized a replacement to be sent I received excellent customer service O Connor s are a great local company to deal with

I purchased 2 garden chairs The day after I placed the order I received a phone call from Brianne to let me know that one of the chairs wasn t in stock and wouldn t be available until the following week I was unsure whether the chairs would be suitable for my elderly mother and the TOC staff emailed me a photo of the chairs so I could get a better idea I ended up cancelling the order and spoke to Michael who was really helpful All in all everyone at Tadhg O Connor went above and beyond which is very rare nowadays Thank you to the whole team

Whilst they didn t have what I ordered in stock my money was refunded promptly I then ordered a different item and was very happy with this purchase Delivery was exactly as promised

The fact that a nice customer rep kept me informed of a damaged product when replacement would arrive So nice to deal with someone who was easy to talk to gave me all the updated info immediately organised a re-ship This is a rare service nowadays and i commend Tadgh O Connor and his lovely team

I purchased 100M battery powered outdoor indoor Christmas lights Tadhg O Connor had the best price hands down and I searched in shops and online I couldn t visit the shop and rang the shop with a delivery query and both the staff member on the floor and in the Web office were efficient and pleasant to deal with Very pleased the lights are up and look fab

I ordered a tin of roof paint which arrived damaged I contacted the support team and they arranged a replacement I m very pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend O Connor s They have been very helpful and accommodating Will use the again
