First time ordering from this website and it was an incredibly positive experience I placed my order over the weekend and on the Monday received a very apologetic email saying the item I ordered was out of stock I was offered an alternative which I was happy with and it was delivered the next day Very happy with my purchase and the service I received

Placed an online order Received an email from Michael who explained item was currently out of stock but they had secured extra delivery of the items and would be dispatched within days Which it was Could not fault service and the communication is something that is lacking with most businesses but not here Excellent service

Order to delivery time was below 4 days from limerick to galway product NHL 3 5 arrived intact and covered with a plastic sheet as is moisture sensitive will be using again thanks to confidence in care
