DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Tomo Credit is a horrible company There is no customer support There is no way to unlink your bank account or routing numbers They sent a FAKE FRAUDULENT notice then changed the amount This makes it difficult to dispute as FRAUDULENT because the amount and place of the transaction were changed They are supposed to help build credit They tear you down by stealing your own money from you

Horrible experience with the Tomo Credit Card
My experience with the Tomo Credit Card was horrendous The Charged me an insane amount of hidden Fees that were not stated in the contract They tried to pull money from my old Bank Account over and over again I had to have my Bank block them And then to finalize my Tomo experience I had a ZERO dollar balance with a 500 line of credit I payed my weekly balance down to zero every week About a month ago as soon as my payment cleared I logged into the Tomo App and it said Account Frozen I tried reaching out to their support Their Support is a nightmare to get ahold of multiple times and no one would give me any clear message as to why my Account was Frozen all of the sudden Now I constantly get emails everyday about You are approved for Tomo Boost 30 000 credit program Yeah right Tomo Huge Fail The worst

I don t know how I got stuck with this
I don t know how I got stuck with this company I did a survey and then I got a charge on my bank account I have never rec d a credit card and every time I leave a message nothing has happen I have been trying since July 21 2023 There web site is a joke can t really do anything or get any information I just filed a complaint with the BBB

They take your personal information get access to your bank account and never process your application The reply is always the same backlogged Something isn t right major red flags From my experience companies like saying they are back logged and not sending out new cards are most likely going out of business

I would like your reviewers to contact The California department of consumer affairs in Sacramento I do not have their address or phone number off hand but they can be looked up easily online and everyone should file a complaint against this company

I have had it for a few months when
I have had it for a few months when suddenly they put my account under review A few days later I received an email stating my account had been closed Even worse they made no reports to credit bureaus I am only trusting my money with only Plutonium Investment henceforth

TOMO PAUSED THEIR CREDIT CARDS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE
I like most others here were hit with a closed account on the 26th This came without notice but they were sure to take that last payment Unfortunately I had reward points that will leave me with a balance owed to me Will I get the money No way of finding out This company is a dime a dozen like many others Earn their profits then dump their customers The way they left everybody in the dark however should prompt an investigation

Worse than zero stars
Same problem as everyone else my card was closed on September 26 with no warning whatsoever The worst is there s not a single human you can talk to - their live chat is down they tell you to submit your issue and they ll get back to you but they still haven t gotten back to me I tried calling but the message tells you that they are only doing their customer service through their live chat on their app - which is a lie because there is no live chat on the app anymore The sad thing is the app homepage acts as though there is no issue - tells me I have 200 spending power and payback date of October 4 - but that s another lie My card is closed An absolute piece of garbage shady company

There was fraud on my account
There was fraud on my account In August used in another country I reported the fraud and tomo didn t resolve anything All I get is the bot and the contact number refers you back to the app I last accessed tomo card in January 17th 2023 for an autopay Tomo continues to try and charge me for funds I didn t use I have not heard from a live person and keep getting notice of making a payment to maintain good credit I don t recommend Tomo as I have never seen any boost to my credit from using the card

SCAM COMPANY - UNAUTHORIZED ACH WITHDRAWLS
This company is a scam - they shut down their entire system without notifying customers and now are making unauthorized ACH transactions for a fake service that advertises as giving FAKE INFO to credit reporting companies in exchange for a monthly premium You can t get a human to respond to ANYTHING AVOID AT ALL COSTS
