Stole Money
Returned an entire order they shorted my refund refused to do anything about it other than say SOL sorry Worst customer service in the world Don t get how a company that steals from its customers is still in business double check your refund amount

Incorrect size info and bad return policy
I bought boots half a size smaller than my usual shoe size after reading the suggestion on TOMS website The boots came in and are too small I called customer service to get a free return something they don t offer to their Canadian customers just so you know and they told me I d have to pay for my own shipping back which was upsetting and close to 30 They told me I should ve checked their size chart before ordering Why do they add info about buying smaller if you have to double check with the shoe size anyways I won t buy from Toms again

worst experience ever
Tom s had been the worst experience I had with ordering shoes and the customer service I got the wrong shoe well I got someone else s order Then the customer service blamed me for ordering a sale item that can not be replaced They claimed to process my return but 72h nothing happened No email back with return information nothing But customer service said its all in process and could care less So unprofessional unbelievable bad service for a company who claims doing so much good in the world I will never buy a Tom s Shoe again

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
TOMS is terrible I wish I could give them zero stars Their customer service is unbelievably bad You cannot reach anyone You cannot get anything resolved They just don t help Please this company just collapse please The existence of TOMS makes their customers lives so difficult I hate TOMS to be honest DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want headaches

NEVER buy online directly from Toms EVER I bought my normal shoe size this isn t my first pair of toms either I cant even fit them on my feet I paid almost 17 for shipping to the next province over which is crazy expensive When I want to return them they don t pay for shipping so I have to pay for shipping again So 80 another 20 I would get 50 back but paid almost 40 shipping So I d get 10 back from my purchase I am beyond livid they literally just stole money from a customer Garbage customer service Everyone should boycott these thieves

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service Sent me the wrong shoes didn t ever reply to my 3 emails I requested a refund via the site having not heard anything back and the barcode didn t work at the UPS drop off paid for it to go via Royal Mail myself I had to call three times - different information each time 30 days later and I m STILL waiting for a refund Absolute shambles - I d never buy from them again Don t waste your money

Toms return policy is absolutely
Toms return policy is absolutely terrible very difficult to use There advertisement of free returns is false They have a charge of a 25 restocking fee plus they assume every household has a printer which I do not live in a rural area I chose to donate my shoes which did not fit I have 1 question to ask why do you not include the return label with the shoes so the customer does not have extra charges just to get the shoes returned

Shoes way too small then had to pay 5 to return them customer service just send stock responses It s been weeks since I returned them and I ve still not got my money back Awful wish I d read reviews before purchasing how they re still in business and call themselves ethical is a joke

Horrible service do not use online store
Horrible service try a 3rd party retailer or go into store Do not buy from online shop Shoes were delayed by a week in the warehouse without reason or update only got notified when I contacted them After shoes finally turned up and unfortunately I had to return them back to Toms Alas it s a horrid process I had to pay for my own postage then rung them twice to confirm it has arrived as there is no email as other stores automatically send out but not processed for payment 3 weeks later

Absolutely horrible Believe the reviews You can NOT talk to a human to initiate a return I have sent five emails tried online chat three times called and held for over thirty minutes countless times The order number in my packing slip is invalid according to their website Absolutely horrible customer service I doubt they give free shoes I think the whole company is an awful scam You can t treat paying customers like this and claim that you re interested in helping others or devoted to social causes
