Name over quality
I bought couple of items online espadrille which the linen in black and its leave stain and start to peal i write to them but no one answer 2019 before corona and i bought a private collection optical glass and I received the glasses semi broken and the hands are flickery again i write to them and they ask me to contact the glass manufacturer which was weird becasue i bought the glasses from tom ford why i had to deal qith 3rd party i never knew tom ford should be responsible for the quality of the items not the end customer i find it a name over quality not worth the value we getting in any way

They only ship if your shipping address
They only ship if your shipping address matches you credit card It s like denying their jet set clients Hellooooo I live in multiple countries and cities so I want to ship your s h t where I want it But at the other hand you can at least order by phone and have it shipped anywhere for 350 That s ok for me And yeah their products are ridiculously overpriced You pay the brand which lives from the high price distinction I like that but it doesn t make the product greater they are really basic products

I ordered a 900 belt to be expedited and two days later I still had no tracking for it I was lied to for three more days I called to cancel and I indeed got refunded as manager said she didn t know where my item was Two days later I got billed again and had to call complaining and wasting my time again I am still pending my refund Horrible nightmare dealing with this company directly

Still no refund after a month of my return being returned
I returned a pair of shoes that were never work on 5 5 23 On 5 10 23 Jolly signed off on my order being returned all within Tom fort return policy guidelines I reached out on 5 14 and I was told I needed to wait another week Well as of today 6 9 23 I ve provided proof of my return being received and I m still without my money Do yourself a favor and never order from Tom Ford e-commerce They have no clue what they are doing and they could less about me not getting my 1000 back They ve lost a customer for life

Don t Order from this site
Don t Order from this site I have tried ordering twice on 2 different days Each time I was charged twice with no order number just multiple charges When you call the employees claim the card was declined due to no funds however the money is still took from your account How can a card decline if it still takes the money off the card lol Tom needs to update his website before he has a lawsuit High end clothing brand with low end website make it make sense MR FORD

Ruined my anniversary
I recently ordered an anniversary gift for my husband from Tom Ford and paid for expedited shipping They did not ship it so far at all and when I called customer service they told me that one of the items had been canceled but they had not emailed me that it had been canceled And they also didn t ship the second item and gave me no reason I then asked to speak to a supervisor but they wouldn t put me through Now I m left with nothing shipped and no gift For an exclusive brand this was an incredibly disappointing experience

Tom Ford states I ordered a bottle of cologne This NEVER occurred nor have I received cologne from this company since 2023 I attempted to dispute with my credit card company and Tom Ford states it was delivered I have proof on my Tom Ford profile the last thing ordered from the company was 04 2023 I have called their customer service line and they to agreed it showed nothing yet they will not offer a refund of 254 to my credit card I have no choice but to pay the amount now BUYER BEWARE do not spend your money or waste your time with this DISHONEST company
