Amazing products and great customer service

I came across this brand during a visit to Amsterdam and I decided to order a personalised bar to remember my time there Their website was friendly and easy to use and despite I had to order some additional bars to get free deliveries I was pleased with the whole experience despite I wish they accepted PayPal After placing the order I realised I forgot to add some freebies and decided to contact the customer service over the phone but could not get to speak to anyone I decided to send an email and the day after they replied stating they posted my freebies a separate order which was incredible The standard bars arrived first followed by the freebies and the personalised bar was sent a few days later When I noticed this was posted from The Netherlands I was a bit worried about customs and delivery times but I was incredibly surprised as the bar was with me in 2 days It arrived intact in a fantastic gift box and the printing was absolutely amazing As this was a gift I was really pleased with it and so was the person this gift was for The chocolate itself it s a bit pricey but it tastes amazing and has some interesting combination Thank you for making the memories of my holiday as good as the holiday itself

Replaced and refunded

When DPD lost their parcel they were quick at chasing it up and immediately sent several replacement bars via another courier They also issued a refund without further prompting great customer service

Delicious and ethical

I am baffled by the poor reviews of Tony s I love their chocolate It tastes delicious there are lots of great flavours AND it is ethical What more could I want
