Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support Fine products But if anything happens you are on your own I ordered 4 pieces of EVA foam from Toolsidee The order was packaged very poorly and had a big cut in it from a knife Customer support got defensive immediately and turned this simple case into a discussion about the number of images required Their online complaint form required 3 pictures while their support agent required 5 This company will fight for two days over a 10 piece of foam I even proposed a discount for a future purchase instead of a replacement An embarrassment of a company in the way they handle complaints

Worst service i have experienced in a
Worst service i have experienced in a long time Both items ordered were damaged bent when unpacked Packaging showed no signs of damage I forwarded this to their support Here i was met with a poor attitude and was informed that because i accepted that the goods could be left at my front door which i even do not recognise doing i am not liable to file any claims for damaged goods I am never going to do any business with this company again and will not reccommend anyone doing any business with them

Buying HBM 9 liter prof low noise Compressor
Shipment buying process and delivery good Package receipt was intact and no visible damage However when the box were opened handlebar was bent It was not possible to lift the compressor using the handlebar It was bent so much that the platiccover was forced out of its intended pos and touched the cylinder The plasticcover drilled holes and the screws were separarted 5 cm The fan and the lattice was out by aligment by 50 The pressure gauges and Electronic box was twisted 40 degrees and took considerable force to get back to correct aligment with cylinder This experience will be posted on Thrust Pilot and sent to OEM

I ordered two items from the web site Their system failed and only processed one of the items and only delivered one item Despite several emails showing clearly that two items had been ordered they could not see that their system had failed and refused to help me
