Don t order anything here As long as everything goes perfectly there is no issue but as soon as there is a problem with the product or delivery you will not receive any help at all In addition the customer service woman is unfriendly and ignores your questions In my case I had paid 20 euros extra normally free for a fast delivery within 7 days they reported the package to the delivery company 10 days after they send a confirmation email that they have received the payment was visible on track and trace In the end I received my package 14 days after ordering Worst of all are the lies first it was the manufacturer of the product later it was the courier service really ridiculous Now I m requesting a refund for the fast delivery payment and I ve been ignored for days really ridiculous

Avoid- selling itmes that are not in stock

Order placed on 3rd of January today as of 9th of January I was advised the some items are not in stock and won t be shipped yet also consultant was not able to provide me with a date when can I expect the delivery I requested full refund for order placed but I was denied it as order has currently ended up in the ordering and shipping system I unfortunately cannot do anything more at this time

Overly rude no delivery no refund

Order made on the 4th of July With an additional 80 euros paid for fast delivery The website stated when I ordered that it would be delivered between 2-7 day When trying to contact the main office the Dutch lady was rude to my wife When I returned the call 5 days later she was overly rude to me We still have no product no update and missing 1600 euros Do not order or work with this company
