Top Quote keep pestering me by phone about my Legal General life assurance policies and I have no idea why or why its any of their business Ive never dealt with this company before so no idea where theyve got my info from or what their intentions are or if they are even a genuine firm and not a gang of scam artists

If I could leave no stars I would I had a L G life insurance for years I got a call from this company saying they had taken over the policy and needed to make sure it was suitable for me I explained I had insurance through other sources so this was just an extra life insurance I was then asked all kinds of personal questions which I was not prepared to give the answers to a complete stranger and cold caller He was very persistent and in the end I was quite abrupt and asked them to take my details off their system I have been hounded ever since and in the end I cancelled the policy to try and get away from them But still I get regular calls I block the number so the next call comes through on a slightly different number I think my only answer is going to be a complaint to the ombudsman These people are an absolute nuisance and don t know what the word NO means Avoid at all costs This has been going on since about 2019 and is still going on today having blocked another number from them this morning I am not sure what part of I don t want to deal with them they don t get

Feel like I have been ripped off do not explain fees worked out more expensive than my local solicitors

I ve lost count of the number of times Topquote has phoned me I really am getting sick of it They obviously never take NO for an answer

Awful - most of the reviews online will be fake set by the company themselves Very aggressive practises I would recommend blocking their number

They bombard me with nuisance calls It is always a recorded message so you can t talk to them when you do pick up

This company constantly harass me regarding my Legal and General policy - leaving endless messages on my landline and mobile despite me telling them last year to remove me from their books after I had to raise a complaint due to being extremely pressured and being made to feel very uncomfortable by their techniques on the phone They are a nightmare who don t like taking no for an answer Do not give in to their pushy aggressive tactics I could block the numbers but I m currently keeping a log of how many I receive in order to take legal advice if necessary

Really pushy sales technique I had to be rude and hang up in the end as the guy would not give up I currently have a Legal General policy which will end in a couple of years and they were trying to upsell me a replacement policy I said I d by happy to look at a quote but wouldn t make any decisions today But the guy just kept pushing - how much would I be happy to pay out etc This has put me off the company completely and also Legal General as they represent them

Terrible nuisance of a company my wife and I have 2 policys with legal and general and they absolutely hounded my wife about a new policy even after we told them over n over n over over again we didn t want to renew Eventually had to get in touch with legal and general to tell them to tell top quote to stop Beware legal and general there not putting you in good light

Yes they call me everyday about upgrading a policy Sometimes several times a day They are dreadful and should be reported for harassment I have reported them and begged them to stop calling me
