I was contacted by Mishel Jeena from Top Quote as my policy was near end with Legal and General and we did not have a financial adviser associated with the policy L G had written to us to inform us that Top Quote would call Same as everyone we have busy lives and this was something I needed to get around to doing I found Mishel to be so professional and approachable We played a fair amount of phone tag as I was often not available but Mishel would always email me to find a convenient time appreciated as I work in an office where I can t take calls I feel we would not have our policies now sorted if it wasn t for Mishel She is very knowledgeable and not pushy I never usually fill in these sorts of things but felt I must I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone Thank you

The Gentleman I spoke to was amazing

The Gentleman I spoke to was amazing and help me so much I was touched by his helpful manner noting was to much trouble he even mentioned about putting the money into trust which I am going to do he was able to tell me what to do if they had 10 stars I would have given him 10 he even called me back I would put this Gentleman forward to employee of the month Yours Martin Frankland

Great for insurance quotes

I have been this company for a while now and they kept in touch and emailed me to let me know that my life insurance was nearing its expiration date and that I needed to have a review Having made contact they sorted out my requirements with ease and I was more than happy with the new quote well pleased with the professionalism of the company and the staff

Changing instead policy

I found everyone I spoke to very helpful and friendly I also could here and understand what they were saying as a good clear line and accent I did have a problem not with them but the company I need to contact I phone and explain my problem and they very kindly sorted it for me I did have a call few months ago from an other Quote company the line was awful the call lasted about 20 mins after her saying it would take 5 min quality of call was terribleMany thanks to Top Quote
