TQ contacted me to make sure the information they had on file was still correct They were polite and understanding They then helped me to review my options and update my cover so that it looked after my family All staff were a pleasure to deal with

I required new policies putting in place The people I dealt with were extremely helpful professional and polite I also had to make further contact to discuss a couple of points Again they were extremely helpful and certainly didnt make me feel that my queries were silly or menial I cannot fault them in any way at all Nothing was too much trouble Would highly recommend

I was contacted by Top quote stating they were acting for Legal General which I thought was a bit unusual However I checked it out and found it to be genuine They gave me a quotation for life insurance which was affordable and sorted out the policy for me A very quick and easy process

Everyone was helpful but there is so much jargon 5 minutes on a phone is enough for me a repeat of the same questions is a bit much but I sopose that s security
