I have bought several pairs of both sunnies and blue blockers I love them Yes it takes about a week to get them Yes their customer service is online and email It can take more than a day for someone to get to you BUT they can be contacted via social media like Facebook which tends to be faster I did have one time where my order took longer That was in July BUT they are based in NY and it was almost at the height of pandemic for them Cut them some slack people I was probably a pain in the rear asking about my order but they were never rude I had to return one pair and I paid for the return and got my money back Just stay on top of it People complaining about returns and lag time in delivery are not taking the time to read the website Stop being lazy

Love love love them One did come broken and I m waiting for them to answer me about replacing them but the other two I absolutely LOVE I ve never spent extra money on sunglasses I d just buy cheap gas station ones I finally took the plunge and said okay I ll invest in a GOOD EXPENSIVE pair of sunglasses HOLY COW Am I ever so glad that I did They actually stay on your face and are a bit snug on the head which I LOVE and the light doesn t come through like I thought it would Great job HATS OFF or should I say SUNGLASSES OFF LOL to TopFoxx
