Foggs is NOT worth the hassle
I ordered two pairs of Foggs directly from the company on 12 6 21 My order did not arrive until 1 22 22 almost 1 5 months later Within this time Foggs was unable to provide accurate information regarding the whereabouts of my order According to tracking it sat in Dallas Texas for almost 3 5 weeks before randomly showing up at my door Foggs refunded my money without me asking for a refund which I took as a sign to give up on expecting my order to arrive To be clear I never asked for a refund I only ever asked for information regarding my order s location And after they refunded my money without consent they stopped responding to my messages Now two days after the order arrived Foggs has sent me an invoice for the shoes and is saying to either pay for my order or send it back All of this after they seemingly gave up on my order and stopped communicating with me altogether The customer service has been terrible if not non-existent through most of this process For a brand that appeared to have become widely popular thanks to social media and amassed a collection of good reviews this experience has been extremely disappointing and I would never recommend anybody order directly from Foggs It s just not worth the hassle And for those curious about the quality of the sandals they re alright My wife has narrow feet and she said even hers fit a bit too snug on the sides of her feet They re comfortable enough but probably a bit underwhelming for the price paid

Don t buy them They have the worst quality you can ever imagine They were shipped from China so the idea that they were made in Japan or designed in Japan is highly suspicious The cost is probably less than 1 00
