I initially found this service appealing because of its extensive range of options and user-friendly interface The staff were also polite and helpful when I had questions and their pricing seemed competitive However I wasn t able to find what I needed within my budget and ultimately had to cancel my subscription While it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve my refund request the situation was fairly and satisfactorily resolved Although I wasn t able to fully utilise the service I still appreciate the positive aspects I experienced such as the easy-to-use interface and friendly staff
