Don t buy items from this website they send you a wrong item and won t provide a return label There customer service is not willing to work with you It is such a hassle to return the item so I decided to keep it but ask for the refund for the difference of the price Customer service insist that I return the item They are unwilling to work with you Such a disappointment

Don t buy anything here They are scammers they send fake very damaged goods i ordered a product here it came in broken and very discolored after 3 months of waiting I instantly mailed the customer support but they keep saying we will ask the warehouse everytime i mail them And dont give any reply back Its been a month now and i still got no new products a normal reply or a refund

Ordered an item for a Christmas present

Ordered an item for a Christmas present and they sent the wrong item I was told that they would replace it free of charge with the correct item Xmas came and went and so far no replacement I have contacted them several times and asked for a refund They will only refund if I return the item at my own expense and keep saying their warehouse is looking into it and they will let me know when the replacement is dispatched I am going to ask my credit card for a refund

WARNING - fraudulent site

The website isn t UK based at the bottom it even has HK Hong Kong time zone Buy something and it ll be a garbage imitation they make you wait a few weeks because it s from China or HK

Do not trust this website

Ordered through this company in early December It is now March and I am STILL waiting for the product to be sent My emails were responded to initially saying that the warehouse would look into it and dispatch the order but now my emails are being ignored I have given up on getting my money back and have effectively thrown 50 in the bin Learn from my mistakes and do not trust this website Absolute scam

Exactly the same thing happened to me - fake sent and wasting my time saying they will send a replacement and then asking the warehouse for 6 weeks Do not buy anything from this company I m looking into trading standards in HK as they need to be reported

Fraudulent site

I had a terrible experience purchasing toys from Christmas on this site I received unbranded toys instead of the most expensive branded toys I had ordered One toy was faulty another was improperly packed and got severely damaged during transit The toy characters I bought were different to the ones I chose Customer service is very very poor All they can say is they will check with their warehouse to find replacement toys but it never happened since Christmas 2020 despite my repeated emails and complaints There is nothing to do as the company is based overseas I believe this site is fraudulent and customers should stay away and prevent themselves from buying there

Imitations and pretty null customer service

I ordered what appeared to be a Lego I wrote service customer to ask and conformed me it was an imitation called Belle which is compatible with Lego I wanted to cancel my order but after that I didn t received any reply after writing several e-mails Very bad customer service pretty null and products are just imitations
