I m not certain why I am awarding 2 stars rather than 1 here but I tend to ignore the super-low scores and I did eventually get my device returned I guess I would strongly urge anyone with a device to trade in to go elsewhere They fabricated issues with a perfectly good Apple Watch and even claimed it to be a fake so as to justify reducing the price by some 50 Absolutely ridiculous I said I would rather have the Watch back than accept this and they hung up I had multiple calls that resulted in them hanging up on me I wasn t rude but I was increasingly frustrated at their underhand tactics They refused to send the Watch back to me claiming that I had to pay them to do that which I was not going to accept obviously Eventually after well over a week of back and forth they sent me the device back I then it sold it elsewhere seamlessly for almost the same money as I was originally offered from TradeIn before TradeIn tried to scam me Trading standards should probably be aware of this company but who has time to sort that sadly

The process with the company is simple which is great Nice and easy to get a quote check which requirements you meet and have a quote before sending your item off to them They also pay for postage as well so that s nice My downside with them came when it was time for being paid and sadly they contacted me once they received my item to tell me that they would pay me less for the item than quoted Originally 340 now only 270 Which would not have been an issue if I had been told that the original quote would be 270 or if the requirements for the quote had not been met The quote received was for the following requirements of a good condition quote of 340 Condition - Good Can have light signs of use Everything works as it should Battery health is a minimum of 80 No damage i e No cracks chips dents scuffs missing paint pressure marks screenburn or dead pixels Device with original software that has not been modified Jail Broken or rooted Where applicable stylus must be included Please note We don t buy devices with Cloud Locked or have water damage I posted the iPhone to them with 80 battery health left- which as stated is their minimum They confirmed that they received it with 80 battery left However they told me that they would reduce the price they would pay me due to it only being 80 battery as they said with it being 80 it would need a service and so they knocked the price down to the poor condition rate of 270 I don t appreciate meeting conditions for those conditions not to be respected The price they pay you is clearly irrespective of the quote so please bear that in mind when using this service

Really disappointed with this company Sent them an Apple Watch which had been in a case all its life - they claimed that it had scratches on the face and they would class it as poor condition Absolute joke- have photos which show what I sent them Waste of time Only 2 stars cos they were quick in speaking to me after receiving the item although Cust Servs weren t overly helpful Won t use them again As a post-script beware that any return has to be arranged and paid for by you Just adding insult to injury Also just check out their 1 and 2 star reviews No disputing that they have a majority of 5 and 4 star but also significant number of 1 and 2 stars with same complaint about assessing as poor condition when items are not Plus flippant and petulant Trustpilot responses from them You might be lucky with the process on the other hand you could be one of the many who are not
