Poor show on postage and packaging

I ordered side bars they turned up with the box damaged both ends that bad they slid out when the delivery driver rang the door bell I sent them back as parts could be missing asked for a Monday delivery and they turned up on Tuesday when no one was in when I opened the box which was sealed both ends with black plastic as the cardboard was damaged there was parts missing I had to ring the helpline that put me through to a Columbia number overseas twice third time lucky got through and the lady was good enough to send the missing parts two days later the product itself was ok just the delivery needs looking at

Wrong side steps

I ordered side steps and they sent out the wrong ones I called and explained and the person I spoke to was to either send a replacement or give a partial refund if I kept the steps that had been send He had my details and I am yet still to hear back from him Replying to comment Call was made 12th Aug 11 29 am and lasted 4 mins 42 secs Saying you can t find any record of my call is a bit of a cop out tbh and is not an excuse Someone male spoke to me and hasn t done their job correctly Wrong Side steps have now been fitted Very dissatisfied

Packaging damage

Turned up 3 weeks late and packaging in a real mess

No reason of compensation for delayed shipping then wrong items sent

After waiting a week for my order i contacted them and as if by magic i got an email to say my order was shipped that day No compensation i e refund of shipping costs And they shipped the wrong items this was rectified promptly so someone did their job on that occasion Doubt if i would use them again unless last resort

Very expensive returns

Ordered roof bars for car parts arrived on time everything good but problem with car when deal fell through so had to return roof bars TVA have no returns process other than you have to send the part at your own cost back to their site and then wait for refund Due to size of item it was going to cost me one third of the price of the item to return it They should have a returns system where they can use their account to return the item and charge you the cost of the delivery which being a business is a fraction of the cost to an individual

I would give TVA 5 stars however let down by a bad courier

I would give TVA 5 stars BUT They used a terrible courier company The package was signed for by the driver and just left on my doorstep by the main road TVA didn t seem to care and neither did the courier company So I won t be using them again

Instructions were in Russian 2 nuts missing from the box Contacted the supplier asking for english instructions but never got a response

Poor delivery service

Only one parcel received on Thursday 4th May - advised 2nd parcel would be delivered sometime by Tuffnell delivery company Still waiting - planned on doing the job this weekend but no chance Request 20 refund for delivery as overpriced for no service
