ordered paid for the side steps for my dmax emailed me to say steps being posted then had an email the next day no brackets could be found for the steps was told they could not get the brackets for several months i asked if there was any other side steps for a dmax was told nothing available for a dmax i can t understand why they have several side steps for dmax on there site but nothing available very poor service

Got a rear tailgate spoiler it starting to bubble on the top paint contacted and sent photos in manager got in touch to say sorry but its 13 months old you only get a 12 months warranty my van is 2 years old and it looks like it just come out of the showroom apart from the spoiler i think they should have been more flexible but will not do anything apart from a 10 of a new one i don t think i will be getting a replacement from this company Would you

Do not pay for express delivery I did 8 95 for it to come in1 2 days that was yesterday Day 3 still no parcel a birthday present and company tell me it s the couires fault even though it s them that took my money DX EXPRESS sayings it s not there fault sovi have no idea when my parcel is coming we are away now for my son s wedding which they knew that s why I wanted it before the weekend so not only have they had money that s not these they said I can t get a refunded for being charge for a express delivery So dint pay for one I will update when I finally get my parcel not a happy person Upto date now had a message from DX EXPRESS it s going to be out for delivery on Monday That s 5days after order So the express payment was taken with no intentions of it being delivered So paid nearly 9 more for nothing wow terrible chstomer service

I bought a 130 set of roof bars which arrived on time I unpacked carefully and attempted to understand the instructions and fit the roof bars which I could clearly see were not going to fit Which did not make sense as it clearly stated on the screen that these would fit my vehicle When I called to complain I was told that if I had looked at the photos on the site it clearly shows the profile of the fixing would not fit my vehicle never mind the message that clearly stated it would fit I was told that they would send me by return a label to return the bars which I printed off and returned the goods by parcelforce track and trace at a cost of 11And a further 10 was deducted from my initial payment I presume for the initial delivery charge or for administration costs So this experience has cost me over 20 And I have now got the correct roof bars from another company Not a great retail internet shopping experience and definitely would not recommend to anyone

The delivery I paid for was promised in two days Two days have passed and nothing has been delivered The day after I placed the order placed well before 2pm TVA Styling told me that the parcel had been consigned but more than 24 hours later the courier company told me that they had yet to receive the parcel Despite the delivery promise on TVA s webpage the order was not delivered on the second day and no delivery was made on the Saturday third day or the Sunday fourth day As a result I had vacated the delivery address before receiving the parcel Attempts to contact the courier company did not bear fruit Useless

Sent me incorrect goods wants me to go out of my way to return goods which means time off work Holding me to ransom saying will not send my item or refund until goods returned as per company policy I have now taken to Trading Standards and taking matter further Read reviews and you will see not the first time incorrect items sent to people Avoid this company

I should have read these reviews first as this is not an isolated issue Company sent incorrect item wants item returning before they send my item want me to take day off without pay to wait for collection and they say TRYING TO WORK WITH ME FOR SOLUTION I would avoid buying from her

Only part of Order was delivered still waiting for the other parts

Ordered a new spoiler fast delivery box arrived damaged upon opening the spoiler was damaged beyond use the packaging was totally substandard and not fit for purpose Sent pictures of damage quickly they sorted a return courier and another spoiler to be sent out Spoiler number two arrived box in good condition opens the box to find a second hand used spoiler with tape missing tape damaged and clear marks it had been fitted to another vehicle Again I sent pictures and complained and was told to accept it or have a full refund which I chose to do Had the company packed the first one correctly this would not of happened but they couldn t even do that correctly and then to send a second hand spoiler as a replacement is utterly disgusting on their part my advice spend your money somewhere else because this company will send out nothing but rubbish when you pay good money you expect better shame on you trade van accessories and train your staff better is my advice If there was a minus rating I would award it to this company

Received damaged side steps no fitting kit that is supposed to be included nor any instructions for fitting again which are supposed to be included Box was undamaged so the side steps were sent in a damaged condition Furthermore the sidesteps look as though they have been used scratches and marks of a previous installation i am guessing Sent seller a message requesting a refund i will update this review once i have had a reply from the seller
