Products were good shame the spoilers were damaged tho I was told I should of inspected them at the factory unit why should I inspect them you should inspect them if there s any damage before giving them me so there s no come back And the running bars had the wrong fitting instructions which cost me a lot of time before the right information was email to me

Excellent service but pattern part not a good fit

I got this delivered to my mum s house as I wasn t going to be in The label said do not sign until checked My mum is 84 The delivery guy would not let my mum check or sign Proof of postage shows a squiggle which my mum didn t do I will check parcel for damage tomorrow when I pick up the parcel and contact you if any damage

Cross bars for Berlingo are excellent and fit perfectly I also ordered ladder stops and not clear how these should be fitted Delivery from DX was one day later than I was notified

Parcel arrived all good to installHowever bolts supplied to fit up right brackets to roof were to small Making it impossible to fit Also Allen key supplied poor standard rounded off on 4 fitting Have to travel to local nut bolt supplier to obtain correct bolts

Items received are of good quality but disappointed with the delivery time just over 2 weeks for some seat covers and a week for roof bars when paying 16 99 for delivery and the website says fast shipping and same day dispatch I expected more for my 16 99 which is the most I think I have ever paid for a delivery You need to address the cost of shipping

Currently mid way through the process and a little underwhelmed I had been assured delivery on either the Friday of Monday and nothing and no communication apart from 3 requests for feedback I have just called to ask for an update to be told that there is a delay due to weather I do understand and appreciate this but some communication would have been appreciated particularly as we have had to cancel a job due to this I am just surprised that getting feedback is more important than the actual service

The company sent my order quickly although it was expensive postage The product was not very good quality and definitely a generic one size fits all deal even though it apparently for my car it s very clearly not 5 star for speed 1 star for product3 star for price

I ordered roof rack bars for Citroen C3 Aircross 2017 they arrived quickly but did not fit because they were too wide I contacted the company who suggested that I cut the bars I had to cut 7cm to make them fit or send them back After much deliberation I decided to cut the bars to size but they still did not fit due to the shape of brackets which did not marry with the existing roof bars on the Citroen So I tried them on my Suzuki Jimny and they fitted fine The website does not clearly indicate that these are essentially generic products cut to size and also it does not mention that some cutting or adjustment maybe required I am happy with them on my Jimny but this is not what I wanted If you are given an option of choosing a make and model that you require the product for then it is reasonable to assume that they should fit SO beware when purchasing these for a specific make and model as they may not be suitable I am happy with the quality for the price but I didn t get what I ordered
