Have had a couple of little issues with delivery of incorrect parts After phoning up and speaking with Kayleigh we have had our issues resolved both times Great customer service and speedy resolutions Thanks a bunch

I ordered Vauxhall Vivaro SWB Stainless Steel Viper Side Bars with Steps 76mm 2001 - on at the cost of 132 60 The product looks really nice when on gives the van a nice sporty look But the universal fittings which come in three parts have a design flaw My Vivaro is a 2006 model the middle and front bolt brace fitments are flimsy to the point the side bars can only be used for looks and have no practical use as steps I am 14 stone if I stood on them the steps will bend out of shape The front bolt that has a welded metal brace has already failed after a month The bar and brackets are really well made but the welded bolts brace combo that marry the brackets to the chassis need to be redesigned The bolts are already in a state of decay after less than three month surface rust admittedly I contacted the company for replacement parts got through to a human being instantly The woman on the phone advised me a replacement part would be sent out the same day and conversations would take place with their mechanic to see what can be done to stop this occurring in the future Customer support was really good very polite and efficient no time wasted I m not angry upset or frustrated so no one star review But I can t give the company a five star rating simply because of the design flaw admittedly a small flaw but still a flaw The delivery was brilliant well packaged etc parts are 99 well made Just the most important part which keeps the bars in place need to be redesigned rethought through and tested better quality control dropped the ball on those welded bolts braces combo Maybe just more welding the bolt brace combo is only spot welded in one place but it wasn t the weld that failed it was the 1-2mm piece of metal that is on either side of the hole drilled to marry the bolt to the brace More weld would have reduced the stress on the weak part of the bolt brace combination Anyway that is my experience this far nice looking product just some parts need tested better for practicality and stress testing Overall I m not unhappy with the product or the experience I would buy from them again Update A year after the purchase the brackets that hold the item on the van are repeatedly failing so have to be removed Shame because the product was good but the brackets that hold the item in place are very bad Because of the defect it could potentially lead to someone getting hurt if they come off on the motorway while driving at high speed

Really helpful on the phone before order delivered slightly slower than promised on the site but still in good time side steps seem good quality but instructions could have been better and they needed some minor modification to fit round the rear heater pipes on Ford Tourneo Custom

Received in a couple of days from order great looking roof rack and quite easy to fit would recommend to anyone
