People stay well away personal fitness course is a conSTAY WELL AWAY SCAM Train Fitness Courses IS a SCAM AND A CON They are unhelpful lies and not a company I wont trust again they take your money and not will too help and train you properly ie take your money and run far away from this company and go elsewhereHow have I fail the gym instructor level 2 the instructor told everyone in the class that we passed and he shock are hand and said congratulationsYour trainer should not be doing that he s miss guide people and making them believe that they passed when they haven t he doesn t even help people in the classroom he sits the explaining it him a lot of thing and he didn t guide and support the clients he s made me feel like I don t want too do this course and he made me feel ashamed of having dislexyia he did sit down and explain anything too me he said I had too take it home and do it all myself in my own he said I only had 6 thing wrong we was going to correct but I fell ill and got taken in ambulance I got told on phone that I could complete it when I got better but I m supposed too get a medical note but you fail when you already told me I passed The tutor and the staff a two face stay well away they will rip you of I have too pay 2500 and apperently know I ve failed so they want 50 for resits I don t trust this company anymore and will pay the money but I m not finishing my level you ve lost a customer because you and your tutor lie too client facesPlus the changed my course add more on to it so it more expensive and they didn t inform me or ask me if it was ok too put me on a different course and I have too pay more and I didn t sign contract for that course it was gym instructors l2 which was 1 999 but the change everything which I didn t know about and this wasn t authorised by mePlease share and stop other people being con I have too pay 2500 because I went threw there finance company which if I refuse too pay it they will send debt collectors too my door Be careful which company you go with because a lot of them are 2 faced and connersThis comment is totally true and I have only been contacted by them once unwilling too help CEO and manager lie too customers called me once that not dozens of time get your fact right be making a comment saying I m misleading people because everything I say Is true but the know it will reunion there represention that why there saying I m lieing Stay well away from this company

Please avoid at all cost I applied to do a level 3 Access course from a different college and they recommended me to Trainfitness as the teacher mentioned that I do not need to go to uni to be a personal trainer So I looked up trainfitness reviews they had many great reviews about completing the course and knowing that it s coming from a qualified teacher I was convinced to do the course After signing a contract with Trainfitness you will not be able to get a refund after signing a contract and they will only give you one week to cancel even if you haven t started the course or have started induction Trainfitness will check your credit score if you are employed full time or part time even if you are only working for 10 hours with low income of minimum wage like me I was very unhappy with the service so I emailed to cancel after not being happy with the teaching and having difficulties balancing childcare However they refused to cancel and only wants to take my money They said I can transfer to a distance course but I would still need to pay the full course either way because Its too late to cancel as I have signed a contract and they will open a court case if I don t pay them I did not accept the distance course because if I did i would still need time to read the portfolio and catch up with assessments and with that they don t give you enough time to go through everything I chose to do part time level 3 Gym instructor and personal trainer which you have to attend the practical in the weekends total of only 5 days in one month then you have to do the practical and theory assessment A few months later when lockdown happened I decided to do their virtual lessons as I ve noticed that my course is only be valid until May and didn t want to waste the money I saved up for being threatened and not being able to complete the course After 4days of attending I was still unable to balance my time with childcare not enough savings and to complete the course I know that It s a shame that I was not able to start or complete the assessment to receive a diploma and not being able to get my money back with something I was not able to meet any satisfaction with the service that was provided It is now the 16th of December and yet I am still in debt paying them a monthly of 97 with no partial refund or cancellation Hope this finds you well everything above is true and I just want to be honest so no one else will do the same mistake And I doubt I will be the last person to be scammed

I signed up for the master diploma in Pt After seeing an ad on Facebook I contacted them regarding the course all seemed good at the time and i called the next day and paid in full Whilst booking the course which was in Norwich All my sessions were booked with a Norwich gym which is actually 2 minutes from where I live so I was really happy with that All lessons booked for July this year on Saturdays as I bought a part time course Started the coursework on line getting as much in so when I start the practical in July I was ready and rearing to go 3 weeks after paying I get messages coming through the online portal stating my Norwich classes had been cancelled So I then proceed to call them after them not communicating with me other than via the portal They offer me a full time course 2 counties away in colchester which is a 4 hour round trip There are no Norwich classes and to be honest I wonder if there ever was So with this in mind and them changing the structure of the course I ask for a refund I sent an email as there is no one to speak to My email was very polite and only 3 sentences to which I get a 2 page strongly worded reply stating terms and conditions and an offer of only a distance course This was not acceptable to me and after numerous emails and not getting anywhere I had to go through my credit card company who got my money back I would think long and hard about signing up for this course as they state in there T Cs that they can change the venue when they want It doesn t matter if it fits with your work or lifestyle they really are not interested Totally unacceptable and they have no idea of customer service at all

Train Fitness are ripping people off The tutoring was non existent even though I was on a part time course once and attended once a week we only recieved an hour of practical during the whole of level 3 The venue was small and cramped full of boxes dirty and dusty No support from the tutor support team they were rude and antagonising always stating read the terms and conditions rather than offer support when help was needed I was informed I had to attend another venue to complete assessments last minute They even made out I had lied and that my tutor had not said this when clearly other students where present at the time I have told them on numerous occasions I have been in need of support and asked to speak to a manager but was informed there is none They are happy to continue taking money for resits offer no feedback on where students are going wrong After speaking to other students it is clear I am not the only one having issues I have a BA Honours Degree so this course should not be so hard to complete I believe they purposely are giving out masses of information online rather than give out revision guides or narrowing the learning materials down for exams in order to make money from students failing exams Do not use this company I booked my course feeling positive and excited about becoming a PT but have now realised I have just wasted my savings on a company that do care about the students at all but are only interested in making as much money as possible This also goes against the professional standards that are taught within the course

Sketchy sales tactics Rubbish online course and appEvery time I tried to contact them in order to know what i still had to do in order to get my diploma their staff kept adding on things in order fo me to complete their course So many hidden extra parts A waste of money Reply to comment The last time I called I was told that I even have to travel and show up for 3 or 4 assessments in different locations all over England at an extra cost a d travel expenses Something that was never mentioned in the sales call or in the emails before I paid for the course Furthermore it seems ridiculous and a massive waste of time to have to fill in hundreds of pages just to get a certificate that I don t need considering the fact that none of your partner Gyms actually hire on a salary basis - instead requiring you to pay a 500 rental fee every month for the privilege of training clients Something which I was also misled about during the sales call and dramatically impacts my ability to get work as a result of any certificate this course offers me I have found your customer service to be appalling and the course itself so confusing The work books dont seen to have correlating course material that makes sense or helps me to discover the answers I need and when I ve called to ask for help I ve been told about more and more tasks that I must complete in order to get my certificate Worst course I ve ever bought

Worst training provider ever They cancel exam dates last minute and the trainers are unprofessional I have already lost the money but will use a more professional provider in future The small print pretty much allows them to cancel whenever they like but if you cancel even 2 weeks before you get penalised Also the terms and conditions underneath where you tick are completely different to those on the actual website so make sure you read them The Scottish dates are limited and when they are available and you book onto them they cancel last minute without any explanation The tutors turn up late lacking interest and are unprofessional Don t believe the positive reviews as every student I have come in contact with has had an awful experience

really bad support for tutoring from distance strongly recommend you do not use this company there are alot better ones out there staff were also unfriendly when trying to call in and did not have a clue what they were talking about half the time always forwarding you onto another individual and cutting calls off Save your money

Avoid at all costs They have cancelled assessments on me multiple times when I ve had my weekends planned around them They also changed and updated the coursework multiple times online without telling anyone so I d printed out my whole portfolio and then had to slot random extra bits in when I eventually found out about it Their online system is horrendous answer questions wrong to proceed mish-mashed hard to follow module ordering pay for anything and everything extra

How does this company have so many 5 star reviews but all the comments are negative What I have to say is the truth so if I get a reply saying I m lying others have I will take legal action as I have evidence for what I am stating Now I enrolled with Fitness Industry Education which suddenly became Train Fitness I was studying at university but didn t receive any notification that the company had changed name So thought it was spam I then finished my studies and went back to login and couldn t find any access to the online portal So I then went through my emails and Train Fitness seemed to have been the new name for fitnessindustryeducation So I reached out but they had no knowledge of me ever enrolling So I went back to fitness industry education which no longer existed So I asked around my colleagues and no one knew what to do It wasn t until I enrolled on an Exercise Referral course a few years later did someone explain what I should do So I reached out to Train Fitness directly and I spoke to what appeared to be the owner manager taking a customer service call which was a surprise and despite having to ask multiple times for a copy of the contract when I eventually received it it had one sentence which was very vague but was explained to me that I was not allowed to continue studying or get a refund this however didn t justify how I was treated The fact you didn t keep records doesn t mean my communication didn t happen I was told the course which was a level 3 personal training course was no longer being offered but they were offering it to others and later myself Now the course had changed by using a different provider but they had notified me if I paid an extra fee I could continue the course but when I spoke to this person they denied this was the case despite them writing this to me multiple times A 2 year expiration was never mentioned and fitness industry education stopped trading in that time I gave up and sort legal advice but ultimately couldn t do anything as I paid fitnessindustryeducation not train fitness and I couldn t afford to pay anymore into this matter Yet Train Fitness emailed months later saying I could complete the course with them if I paid an extra fee Despite requesting they remove my details verbally and in writing Your reply ignores this was this not true Is it a scam I don t know but having been spoken to like I was incompetent lazy and an idiot based on the language used I would not recommend people use this provider You ve completely ignored my summary and when you said you you sent it over when I asked I had to repeat this to you 3 times because you said you sent it but you didn t until the third time The 2 year expiration makes no sense because your company disappeared and like I said I could not get in touch with you until I realised you d changed names to train fitness Another point you ve ignored The quote is complete lies I was polite to you because your attitude was disgusting because you need to learn how to talk to people
