Good teaching Poor customer service at the beginning

I did a circuit qualification through work with this company The actual course was good and the tutor was very knowledgeable But the customer service straight after the I had done the course wasn t great was passed around a lot to try and find out what was happening with my certificate which was really annoying as I needed this for my job as I needed the qualifications to teach my classes I got that frustrated with it that I left for a couple of months and have recently spoken to the customer service team again the person I spoke to this time was really helpful and he managed to sort it out and even made the effort to ring and talk to me So I ve bumped the rating up a little for this reason but feel there should have been more help at the first point of contact

Solid info just no time to cover it

Good information solid teaching and coaching points The timings definitely need to be reviewed as there is just not enough time to cover the course material and walk into exams feeling confident For level 3 PT course there is just too much information to go over and there s not enough time to ensure everything is correct going into exams The tutors know their stuff but it seems unfair on them having to blitz through what they know due to time restrictions The online material is always there but the face to face feedback is needed to build confidence and actual practical experience A lot of the material was glossed over due to time constraints

I chose full time learning

I chose full time learning the online material was easily accessible and user friendly The clinic was really great and a lot of was covered in the time by the tutor However it would be good to have more time to do the course as it was very intense for the week I think it would be beneficial for the assessments to be on separate days especially for the level 3 assessments
