Good that i could book another flight but i expected that there would be a framework of refund in place as my flight was two months away There should have been a policies in place

This is one more time I used your services but sorry to say that you are moving to non-transparency 1 As up to passenger details update your site was showing no convenience fee however when I moved to payment page I was charges convenience fee As it was already too late to reverse I opted paid the fee 2 I was disappointed that the promo code was not valid - HOLI1612In total this time it was not a good experience sure for next booking I will look to other options also

Would not recommend had to wait for 45 mins to 1 hr after payment to get confirmation on my ticket and also for the change in booking they were asking big charges but directly talking to airlines they are saying that we can make changes without paying through our agent but they refused My experience was not good

The passenger names were printed with title i e mr ans mrs mixed with the first name This is plain stupidity
