Excellent and quick customer service

I booked a flight to Bangkok through the traveasy portal and Deepak from the traveasy team brought to my notice that the ticket that I had booked could not be processed as the online booking is not allowed 3 hours prior to the flight So he then helped me suggest the next immediate available flight and help me process the booking 10-15 mins I really appreciate the effort taken by Deepak and team for the smooth booking of my ticket and eventually ensure I get to my destination
