Need to improve digital infrastructure

The website should mention if the passenger has single then what should be mentioned there

One toilet was locked and not accessible topassengers i guess restricted for crew and only one toilet was open for all passengers which is a huge no It is not fair for customers who generate revenue

Need to improve digital infrastructure so the customer receive mail about traveling details asap Overall all things are good customer service is good he helped me proper way Thank you

Website dropdown option not works properly and luggage weight not mentioned in ticket and before payment one journey review page required then you should ask payment

Ticket booking process was okay

Ticket booking process was okay but the biggest hindrance was not to have received the copy of air ticket immediately after booking Neither did I receive it in my email nor in my mobile On the contrary I found despite having provided complete details of my mobile and email your ticketing web site referring to my booking had details of your email and some unknown mobile number I had to call your customer service who answered after my several attempts and I could get a copy of my ticket on his intervention action This is not acceptable

We do not get instant ticket

We do not get instant ticket confirmation after booking ticket Also was not able to apply the coupon code while booking flight Also was not able to register on the playstore app of Traveasy Need to improve UI experience of both website and app

Instant booking confirmation missing

It would have been better if flight ticket was booked simultaneously once payment was done Initially it didn t show any status of the flight ticket Had to follow up and then after 15 mins got the confirmation of booked ticket Even logging into the portal there was no proper update

The website needs improvement

The web interface is not very user friendly The E-ticket generated was not consisting of all the details such as a very crucial info PNR The platform seems to be better working through calling the customer service team inspite of a functional website Probably still in Beta There was no option to directly cancel or reschedule the booked flight from user profile may be it is a feature to be added later which is bothersome

Need to improve service

I booked tickets my money was deducted but not received tickets immediately then customer care called me asked to pay difference of amount 1000 -INR but I refused Then after lot of follow up I got confirmed tickets with PNR I hope I will not face any issues now please improve your service to build confidence
