This was my first time with Traveasy and was reluctant to proceed thinking of scam But took chance and as soon as I completed booking made payment immediately I received booking confirmation and call from Agent Mr Amar Pal who was courteous and inprompt in answering queries and as promised by him received ticket in 2-3 minutes I hope that I will have same experience till completion of my journeyThanks to Mr Amar Pal for his assistance and hope to interact with him in future

Excellent and quick customer service

I booked a flight to Bangkok through the traveasy portal and Deepak from the traveasy team brought to my notice that the ticket that I had booked could not be processed as the online booking is not allowed 3 hours prior to the flight So he then helped me suggest the next immediate available flight and help me process the booking 10-15 mins I really appreciate the effort taken by Deepak and team for the smooth booking of my ticket and eventually ensure I get to my destination
