Great guide and great weekend break
Our guide was fabulous and so knowledgeable She was so welcoming and easy to communicate with She was very helpful as we all wanted different information but she was very attentive The hotel was right beside train station and so convenient to shops and eateries

Everything about Travel Department is perfect
Everything about Travel Department is well organised staff are so friendly and helpful If you book by phone you will be guided through your booking Importantly for me I have always been asked about special dietary needs and hotels have always supplied me with alternatives Hotels have been clean and comfortable and a joy to stay in You can rely on your Tour guide to provide any information you need They have excellent local knowledge and speak excellent English

Every facet of a perfect holiday was taken care of by the Travel Department Beautiful hotel beside the sea with wonderful authentic food Great guide who looked after our every need and shared the history and culture of every place we visited Incredible interesting places ere chosen to make our holiday perfect

Trip to Andalusia
The whole experience was terrific from being met at airport brought to hotel and helped with check-in Being collected for each tour and given tips on finding our way around The tour days were great Granada Malaga Frigiliana and more We had a great trip and all thanks to our excellent guide Clare she was very good and extremely knowledgeable Will use the Travel Department again Margaret

Just back from an amazing Solo holiday to South Africa Amazing hotels food Had a fantastic time small group just 9 great bunch of ladies the South African people are so friendly welcoming Our guide Angie was wonderful The 2 road trips are long the scenery and the wonderful hotels at each destination made it all worth it

Tuscany Taster
Very enjoyable well organised from start to finish Second tour with TD Excellent guide and coach drivers Only suggestion would be to temper the Florence day Tried to cover too much ground leaving little time to totally take in surroundings Hotel was very good excellent location and friendly staff Both breakfast and dinner were certainly plentiful All in all a good taster of Tuscany

Ljubljana- a great place to visit
We had a lovely trip to Ljubljana returning just yesterday The weather was balmy with very tolerable temperatures at this time of year Outstandingly memorable was the trip to the caves and the day- long visit to Lake Bled and the Julian Alps With the support of the very able and knowledgeable guide Karen each day was made more enjoyable A most interesting trip we would highly recommend it

We had a wonderful trip to lake Como with travel department Our guide Carol was fantastic and made our holiday Hotel Bazzoni was perfect great location with wonderful helpful staff It s a great location for getting to see different parts of the lake Worth getting a lake view room Hotel pool area however needs a bit of tlc That aside we really enjoyed our holiday here and will use the Travel Department again
