This is my first booking with Travelo1 and it won t be my last My customer service representative was Mike who was very courteous knowledgable and attentive to my requests He was able to find me the best ticket price and my preferred seating Another plus for me was Mike gave me a direct phone number to call him or one of his associates if I had any further questions I really liked that component and yes lol I did have a question and yes my call went directly to a live person That s a Plus Plus

It was overall a good experience What you must know is that they hook you with a low price so good to be true but once they give you the final price is still considerably lower than regular price at other sites Most likely you will receive a call to confirm booking and they will tell you the super cheap price is no longer available but they offer you another price that it s still lower than average
