I arrived at the travelodge in Preston central today Sophie at reception hasn t been so very helpful and catered to my every need without hesitation She has great customer service and is happy and attentive

I d like to recognise Genna at Cambridge Newmarket Road CB5 8HF She is so cheerful and energetic Her lovely smiles have simply elevated my experience here I have found one reason to return to Cambridge Newmarket Road when I am in town

I ve just stayed one night in Trowell Travelodge and I ve had a very pleasant experience bed so comfy I slept through until morning the staff on duty were so helpful and friendly at all times I wouldn t hesitate to choose travelodge again in the near future

Great experience clean and quiet No issues Very helpful staff members One in particular was named Keli who works at reception Will be returning again

Paignton Seafront travel loge stay early Jan with my big white german shepherd stayed for 4 nights got savers rate what a great price The day i arrived it was so cold and windy i had payed extra for early check-in Debbie on reception was great i was half hour early but my room was ready it was great nice and clean put the heating on to my setting it soon got nice and warm All the staff especially front of house went out of their way to help me can t thank them enough i also saw them help other guests they really are a amazing team middle of Jan now and have come back for another 4 days and i have booked another 4 days at the end of Jan this team are a credit to the travel loge thanks so much guys

Travelodge AlfretonAfter my home flooded a couple of weeks ago myself and my sons had to stay in the travellodge as a temp situation until I m able to get better housing and I can honestly say even though I was reluctant about it they ve gone above and beyond for me during this difficult time such friendly caring staff that want to help in any way they can always helping with queries I had I ve had to stay in 2 different rooms during my time with them and they ve both been spotless I literally couldn t fault a thing I also love the fact I can have my beloved dog with me here as not many hotels will do that Overall a really friendly clean space I have had the pleasure of living at for 4 weeks Thankyou

I STAYED IN TRAVELODGE PORTSMOUTH CITY CENTRE ON THE 6TH OF AUGUST 2023 I DID ENJOY MY STAY THOUGH FOR A NIGHT THE EXCELLENT SERVICE DELIVERED BY MANAGEMENT WAS TOP NOTCH WITH FULLY STOCKED CLEAN AND TIDY LUXUROUS FACILITY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WENT SMOOTHLY WITH NO DELAYS I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LUXURIOUS HOTEL ANYDAY

Stayed at Travelodge Tewkesbury for three nights last week Excellent Big rooms impeccably clean Staff were pleasant and helpful Receptionist on arrival was particularly good and efficient - Teresa Would stay here again without question

If you come to Travel Lodge it s like staying with a family because they cannot do enough for you It make you so welcome The rooms are always tidy clean they cannot do enough for the cleaners They are brilliant Best hotel I have ever stayed

Hi my name is Gareth Topping I live at the Travel Lodge in Liverpool edge Lane I am homeless and been put in here waiting Accommodation I am in a wheelchair and I have no legs and I suffer from vascular dementia and mental health problems last night on the 19th of February I fell on the floor in my room I went unconscious I managed to press the alarm the staff broke into my room managed to wake me up put me on my side waiting for Emergency services but I told him to cancel 999 because it happens all the time and there s nothing they can do When I sneeze bad I can go unconscious the staff stay with me until I was okay it must ve been about 45 minutes I felt so embarrassed but the two ladies who help me was Lauren and Mmi there was good They knew how to put me on my side and wake me up I d like to say a big thank you to Travel Lodge team the manager Graham Lauren Ash Darren Keith Gemma all the team they have made me so welcome I have no family round here now as I ve broke up with my wife and I want to move back to Leyland ride my family as I ve got a terminal condition but at the moment it s like being with a family because they look at after me so well so thank you to Travel Lodge and all the team Gareth
