CANCELLATION OF A HOLIDAY AND THE ENSUING PROBLEMS
The date for payment of the final balance was brought forward several weeks then approximately a fortnight later the trip was cancelled It is difficult to believe that this could not have been foreseen Had circumstances really changed so much within a few days The money has now been refunded just within the 14 day limit As I had paid by credit card I had to withdraw money from other accounts to pay the credit card bill which became due in advance of the refund thus losing interest Moreover I now had travel insurance and a visa which were useless This company is notoriously poor in responding to emails I don t recall ever having had a reply without contacting them a second time sometimes after a lapse of several weeks I shall not be using them again
