Secret lakes of Italy was a wonderful experience completely eradicated by an appalling journey home The flight left Verona late because of a fault in the aircraft On the final approach to Bristol where our pre booked car was waiting the fault reappeared and we were diverted to Gatwick The airline bussed us back toBristol I rang the car company to explain that we were going to be late They cancelled the car and charged me more than 200 to rebook I spoke to Travelsphere about this on my return but was told that I had to complain by email I did this last Monday and received an automated response saying that they would respond within 28 days I waiting for their response with bated breath and little hope UPDATEI received a response from Travelsphere well before the 28 days were up However they will not refund the transport charge because I should have called them on an emergency number which they claim they emailed to me I have not yet found that email and am conserving my strength to have another go this week
