Had a wonderful tour of Japan Simona our tour director and Hiroshi our local guide went out of their way so everyone had a brilliant time

An amazing trip Well organised Great selection of places to see Fabulous tour director The heat and humidity can be problematic but would thoroughly recommend it regardless

Amalfi and Pompeii Herculaneum etc - highly recommend

Overall our trip was fantastic - if you want to see the majority of sites and experience as much as possible in 7 days this is the only way to do it Our guide was excellent too - we are so glad we booked The hotel was really nice but 4 star in Italy is probably 3 star elsewhere - but the staff were incredibly nice helpful and everywhere was clean and well maintained The food was fine if unimaginative and quite basic - pizza fruit salad pasta but we ate out as did some other guests just to experience a meal elsewhere on one night so nothing to complain about We d definitely recommend this holiday but it was a jam packed schedule so be prepared to be up at 6 30 or even earlier some days and away from the hotel all day until 5pm at least But you can t cover all of that area any other way

Another great Travel Sphere holiday

My wife and I spend a week at Hotel Aequa in Vico Equense in May 2024 Firstly a big shout out to our superb holiday director Dr Karina she worked extremely hard and looked after us all superbly She has a world class knowledge about archeology and a very detailed understanding of the area which is exactly what we needed She seemed to know everyone and everyone seemed to know Karina A special mention to our amazing hotel staff who did an amazing job The manager together with Karina and my wife arranged for a cake to celebrate my 55th birthday and even a bottle of champagne which was left in our room This is my fifth holiday with Travel Sphere and we can t recommend them highly enough

Walking in the footsteps of Southern Italy s history

Having an experienced and keen archeologist as a guide made our visit to historical sites like Pomp i and Herculaneum entertaining Her running commentary on our tour of the Amalfi Coast added to its scenic beauty The family hotel perched on a hilltop overlooked the bay of Naples The staff and especially the waiters deserved our praise All these elements made our holiday enjoyable

Good family run hotel with friendly staff who were willing to go out of their way to be helpful We had an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and efficient and worked hard to locate my missing luggage after arriving The arranged trips were a good selection and very enjoyable

The holiday was very well planned and organised Good choice of hotel and places to visit Great to have our own boat back from Bellaggio All went very smoothly except for our flight back from Milan with BA All the luggage of the passengers on the plane was left behind we were told the fault of Italian ground crew Received three days later This was a dampener to an otherwise perfect holiday
