A great firm and great solicitors that get the job done

After checking my credit report I found a CCJ had been added to my report without my knowledge due to a parking ticket I was not made aware of My partner and I have been saving for our first house and I was so upset by this setback The first thing I did was search for solicitors to help me have this set aside I called Treadstone Law Solicitors after reading all the good reviews though I was hesitant Emily assured me she could help made me aware of the whole process and advised how long it could take I am so pleased that I got in touch with this firm and grateful for the work Emily has done as I have now had my CCJ removed

I will be honest

I will be honest at first I was very apprehensive about the service I would receive Especially not meeting anyone in person and paying a lot of money to a company I had never heard of Emily was absolutely fantastic in putting those fears to bed she kept me up to date along the way and supported me throughout I cannot recommend this service and company enough a CCJ wrongfully ordered against me Thank you so much 10 10

The dreaded parking ticket

The dreaded parking ticket I had no idea that I had an outstanding one and like many people the result was a CCJ that nearly stopped me getting my new home had it not been for Treadstone and Emily in particular who were able to put my mind at ease and deal with the situation both smoothly and swiftly She walked me through the process and the CCJ was removed I cannot recommend Emily and the team enough in regards to this issue

These guys are really straight forward no nonsense lawyers I liked the fact that they spoke in plain English met up with me really promptly and answered all my questions even the ones I didn t know I needed to ask They re good at keeping you informed throughout the process too I always thought this was all about no win no fee I now realise that what is far more important is how sizeable in actuals s the claim is going to be that the solicitors practice can negotiate on your behalf What s most impressive about Treadstone is that they punch well above their weight and are well above average in the claims they successfully negotiate

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough The door to getting my issues resolved felt wide open and I walked away having felt listened to making a scary experience less daunting I appreciate their use of Layman s terms in a non patronising way helping me to understand the process from start to finish Most of all this firm got me the outcome I desired which is what they professed to do right from the start in a no nonsense fashion
