I feel letdown I had a clinical negligence claim for bad surgery I will be in pain for the rest of my life all s they kept going on about was form s at dwp in 2012 everybody got paid but me

Absolutely shocking Avoid at all cost At first they forgot about my case One week since I paid them the money there was no news When I called the company lady that I was dealing with Rebecca told me I m really sorry I didn t get back to you I just forgot about it Rebecca misunderstood my case completely and tried to pin this on me saying that I gave wrong information Then there was almost zero communication Everytime I was calling to find out about the progress with the case my calls were simply ignored I was promised 8 weeks to resolve the issue but eventually nothing happened and I m left with no results and no money P S After I posted this review I was contacted by Treadstone threatening to take me to court if I don t remove the review I think that says a lot about the company Trust pilot is here to share your experience and that s exactly what I ve done If you want to avoid all this happening to you my advice is to walk away from Treadstone Law

Gobsmacked and confused at the amazing reviews below When discussing the removal I was told the turn around would be 10-14 weeks I have now been waiting 21 weeks for my CCJ to be removed with this solicitors Everyone mentioning how quickly the turnaround has been while I m sitting here scratching my head at the fact I am now over 4 months down the line having to constantly chase Chloe for an update to be told the court staff made an error on my application in April but I was not informed about this why Disappointing is an understatement I have spent over 500 and feel completely let down and ripped off Wouldn t recommend

Holiday claim from start they ballsed up my claim sending emails to the wrong jet2 claims dept for months then allowing jet2 to ignore the claim barely telling me anything unless i badgered them when questioned As to why its taking so long they blamed jet2 of ignoring the emails 18months on they now just drop the case leaving to me to find another solicitor in half the allotted time frame to claim rhen they come back with a lie claiming i refused to go for a medical which i can prove i didn t refuse shocking company theyve now removed their lie and come back with more rubbish I still have their original post

My daughter has had a holiday sickness claim ongoing since June 2023 with this firm She has tried to email phone on a daily basis to see if there are any updates Her her partner and 2 children where severely ill on return from their holiday She trusted this firm to bring this to a swift conclusion This is now causing undue stress If this firm cannot handle claims like this they should not advertise that they can insure you for your holiday

Didn t get my CCJ removed and it s been over 2 years Takes weeks for them to reply to emails or phone calls Very disappointed

AVOID THIS COMPANY We have been waiting over 3 months to get a reply from Emily Gough with an update No one answers the phone and if they do it s always met with the same response of I ll take a message and get her to call you back which never happens We have now lost out on a mortgage offer due to their lack of ability to deliver on their promises I have no doubt they will reply to this trying to shift the blame as they have done with previous reviews The lack of professionalism is shocking If you have money to burn then absolutely appoint this company to handle your case but if you want it to be actually dealt with I d avoid at all costs
