Amazing service start to finish with

Amazing service start to finish with Emily Gough I received a parking ticket from parking eye which went to my previous address and I didn t know I had one until I already had the CCJ on my file Whilst dealing with Emily my father passed away so communication from my self was little to none making it difficult for Emily to push things forward She decided to submit it anyway despite not having everything she needed and still managed to get it set aside Extremely grateful for her empathy and professionalism Thank you Emily

Challenging situation involving car insurance companies but Treadatone Law were highly professional and dedicated to getting a good outcome They educated me about how CCJ law works a real eye opener which was hugely helpfulI am pleased to say that they were able to have my CCJ removed from my credit file quickly and my credit score returned to its pre CCJ level within a month I would highly recommend them

A Good Service in a flawed system

I was very appreciative of Emily and her team My CCJ was removed within the timeframe that they had warned me of from the start and despite delays in the courts which are out of Treadstones control everything went smoothly This company were very prompt and responsive via email and were patient and helpful If I were to add a single criticism it s that they ARE slightly difficult to get ahold of on the phone but they re so responsive and efficient with their email that this was pretty much a non-issue Thank you

My personal experience with this law firmis very positive No nonsense straight forward professional approach Friendly and supportive solicitors Ofcourse court hearing waiting times can get quite long due to high amount of cases but this is something that is out of their control Treadstone Law has helped me to appeal against CCJ and defended me well As the result the CCJ had been removed from my credit file Many thanks to Tradeston Law Solicitors

It takes time but is worth it

A really really good company helped me remove a CCJ I worked with Charlotte Liston she was very kind with me and made everything right even sometimes I was bothering her she was really good with me and explain me everything The wait time was 16-20 weeks and the answer came in about 8 weeks It takes time but it Worth it

I couldn t be more delighted with the service I received from Treadstone Polite knowledgeable people who fully explained the whole process and offered support and advice throughout Emily Gough was fantastic Checking in with follow up emails to ensure I was aware of how things were moving along Even after the case was resolved to ensure I was happy with the outcome I highly recommend this service

Highly recommend Treadstone Law

Helped me get CCJ removed Emily was very helpful and very easy to deal with Kept me informed every step of the way which made the process easy The whole process took a couple of months and my credit improved instantly once CCJ was removed Emily at Treadstone Law would definitely be my first option if I ever had any problems again

Treadstone and all staff were excellent

Treadstone and all staff were absolutely fantastic Good at receiving and giving calls and updates They took the worry from the whole process and my CCJ is removed as if it never happened The only delay was the court who had a backlog and this does not reflect on Treadstone An excellent service

What a fantastic firm and the service

What a fantastic firm and the service from Emily Gough was top shelf She knew her stuff gave great advice and was super responsive We went to our high street firm first who wanted three times as much just to review the case and quoted almost ten times as much in total with no confidence in being able to remove the unfairly assigned CCJ Emily on the other hand filled me with confidence from the first call and had the CCJ removed within a few weeks couple of months only Thank you
