So much of Battle I didn t know was there

I lived in Battle for 5 years and didn t know any of the areas behind the main high street existed A real eye opener and so interesting Great trail although a lot of walking for an a older lady and a 9 year old

Beautiful Silverdale

I love how Treasure Trails take you down paths you would never know to go and see things you might never see Beautiful Silverdale was no different Starting by the beach although car park was no longer there then up the road and some secret steps which led you out onto a gorgeous grassy area overlooking the coast to a tiny bay with a cave Then up the road and cut through back to the village with great canny clues including beautiful murals in the village centre do visit the butchers-scrummy home baked dishes and back to the beach What a lovely afternoon

Great fun for half a day whenever you want to do one

The trails are perfect for me and my friend s They take a couple of hours or a little more and you see spots you would never otherwise see even in places you visit at other times I have never been on one I didn t enjoy and some of the clues make me laugh with their ingenuity
