Pleasant experience

Back in November I had a Tres energy assessor round for an assessment on my home I found the representative very knowledgeable and polite he explained array of energy saving products and I decided to go ahead with a Lux battery storage for my solar panels I had the batteries install middle of December and found the installers to be tidy and they also showed how the app worked for the batteries At no point did I feel pressured into buying I cannot say the some for other companies I have had over So far the so good I will re-review in 6-12 months with a review on the product

I would like to say a big thank you to Dave my green guru and the rest of the team for the help and guidance they have given me from the moment I contacted them They have provided me with excellent service From what would be best for me to a professional installation I have had my solar panels and batteries for some time and whenever I have needed advice Dave or Alex have provided the answere When I started my green journey I fell into many pitfalls I had dealtings with a lot of companies that have now stopped trading I now only deal with Tres for solar equipment as I know they are trustworthy and reliable

False Alarm

A circuit breaker on my mains consumer unit had tripped and the main load was the Luxpower battery installation I assumed that the problem was the battery installation Phoned TRES Energy and although this was a weekend a service call was promised for the following Monday Excellent service Further checks revealed that the culprit was actually the heater in a boiling water tap Service call was cancelled and I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service

I had Tres energy install a lux battery for me I can monitor my system and also charge over night which has been brilliant I have been really pleased with the workmanship and aftercare Thank you

Great Service from Tres Energy

Last summer I had battery backup fitted and some additional panels David was a great rep to deal with friendly helpful and knowledgeable The whole process including installation was very smooth and efficient I am very pleased with the setup and find Tres Energy a great company to deal with and would recommend them to anyone Check them out before doing business with anyone else Dr Neil Havard

All round satisfaction from Tres Energy

Tres energy installed batteries in my loft to store the electricity from my solar panels that I didn t use The installation was quick efficient and above all tidy The installers were very helpful explaining everything clearly I now have additional batteries which will store off peak electricity Again the installers were helpful They explained how I could still use some appliances during a power cut using electricity from the batteries All this and the ability to check on the whole system using a schematic on my lap top Also the system is monitored by Tres Energy which gives me peace of mind Chris Wood

My Solar Panels have been given a major boost by Tres Energy As a long term Solar Panel owner and user I have been very impressed by the difference that has been made since Tres Energy installed batteries and a system which they monitor I also have a tablet which I received as part of the package with which I can monitor the system The installation took place in October 24 and despite the poor weather I have seen a big change for the better in my electricity bills When I was being told about the options and what would be installed I was not rushed or pressured If I went back to an earlier part of the conversation with a question this was covered again with no impatience Having had experience of other salesmen from companies trying to sell me solar panel batteries etc this was very reassuring Since the installation I have had a few questions and phone calls to the Tres office have given me explanations answers I am VERY pleased that I signed up with Tres

Excellent service all round

We ve had solar panels for several years but our system has been given a major boost with batteries installed by Tres Tyler visited the house inspected our system and made several recommendations After long and thorough discussions we decided on batteries The installation was quick efficient and clean and reasonably priced Tres monitor our system and make recommendations With our permission they do all the thinking for us and nothing seems too much for them More than satisfied and can recommend them without hesitation or reservation
