On my way to Heathrow T4 I had a phone call from staff just to make sure when I be there for my destination he was very polite very respectful and helpful I would recommend this service for everyone Thank you

No regret booking with trinqoo

No regret booking with trinqoo 20 discount seems to be a better deal which i got from wowcher site Just handed over the car to the driver this morning without any waiting on the terminal

Trinqoo Resolved but do not use AEROPARK

UPDATE - Five stars to Trinqoo for customer service - issue as below but the PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY AEROPARK but I booked via Trinqoo Still not able to contact Aeropark direct but Trinqoo communication excellent and they have given me a full refund very quickly I would now recommend and would use Trinqoo again but not AEROPARK still 1 star for them Do not use SCAM Fixed sign at the car park I went to Ocean Village Southampton saying Trinqoo do not operate there - this shows how many must have been turning up to park Car park security guard informed us happening for over a month and still happening Others on same day like us arrived to find we were not booked into this car park I have asked for full refund TBC if I receive this DO NOT USE Could not get through to customer service on the day They claim to have sent several emails with updated car park details - nothing received not only by us but by the others trying to park as well Let s hope they admit full fault responsibility and give me a full refund

On the first day of our holiday they were great but on returning the driver was an hour and we were not happy he went to the wrong cruise terminal we had a baby with us so it was difficult
