Tripp medium size case I bought this case online and love it It is very light and so manoeuvrable- just what I needed I did have problem with the handle but I contacted the company and the person Liane who dealt with the issue could not have been more helpful Definitely recommend

The superb customer service made what might have been terrible turn out really well DPD delivered 2 3 of my suitcase order and one of these was damaged by DPD Sasha oversaw the whole return process and has made it seamless She is massive credit to Tripp

We bought some Tripp luggage for a recent adventure to Canada and Alaska Had a great time and our luggage handled our stuff right until the very last leg of our travels when the zip on one of our cases developed a problem Got in touch with Tripp on our return and received a great service from Liane who dealt with our problem promptly and efficiently

I Emailed asking if they still made my existing suitcases in the same colour I received a most helpful reply from Rachael White directing me to what I needed so I ordered Unfortunately DPD made a right mess of the delivery leaving so they said my parcel somewhere else which it transpired was untrue I Emailed Tripp alerting them to my problem which Liane Harding pounced upon and ensured I received my suitcase the following day So from the Sales department to the Customer Service department I was impressed and pleased the way I was treated and really felt like a valued customer Well done
