Seriously the WORST customer service I ve ever received Usually even if I m dissatisfied I don t leave reviews but this is so TERRIBLE I feel like I should share my experiences so that NO ONE wastes their time with these people You would think this company was in China not INDIANA Shipping takes forever and when I offered to pay to have my order expedited even though I ordered within plenty of time for even the maximum amount of time no one would help me No one would return our emails or call us directly due to high volume Don t waste your time

If I could give 0 stars I would purchased a little red riding hood costume through zulily and they send me the wrong cheap version of it Very disappointing that they do false advertisement I m not mad at zulily I m mad at this company for fulfilling the wrong product I will stay away from buying their stuff Worst part about all this is that they told me if I ordered again I would get the same wrong style

I ordered a dress from them which immediately started falling apart The quality was terrible When I asked about getting a replacement or returning they said I would have to pay shipping plus a restocking fee To have to pay for something to be restocked bc it was falling apart before it has been worn for more than 20 minutes is ridiculous When I commented on their Facebook with my feedback they deleted it and blocked me So you may only see positive reviews but that s bc you can t comment how crappy it is without it being removed No effort to fix the situation Never would buy from them again

Low Quality that s only going down

Purchased their sample sale box which says it s dresses from the site and I got a dress that I could have purchased at a dollar store When I wrote to them asking what dress it even was because it didn t come up on their site they simply wrote back it s final sale I didn t even ask for a return or anything I just said you should really make it clear you are giving dresses that aren t on your site It s a shame that Bailey their customer service rep didn t even offer apologies or an alternative being that I ve purchased so many dresses from them over the years Their quality has gone down immensely and I won t be purchasing from them anymore after this latest experience

Buyer Beware Zero Stars

My delivery NEVER arrived yet Trish Scully refuses to help in tracking down the lost shipment They have kept my 135 and I have a sobbing 5 year old Their products may or may not be worth the money but they will not see any more of mine I should have checked this company s Better Business Bureau reviews of 35 reviews in the last 2 years 34 are 1 star with everyone complaining about lost packages that customer service refuses to help with or make right BEWARE Don t do business with this company

My package is lost The fed ex said it was delivered It was never delivered and they have no pictures they took It s not anywhere in my property and camera shows no delivery My sisters wedding is this Friday morning and my daughters dress is there No one is calling me back or doing anything Order 317623

Poor quality merchandise horrible customer service

I purchased a surprise pkg for my 6 yr old granddaughter I received the pinky outfit that retails for 100 dollars It was NOT what s pictured on their site The jacket was paper thin and completely see through The pants and shirt were like a Halloween costume from the dollar store When I reached out I received the the most apathetic nothing we can do about it response I m sent countless emails with codes to receive a discount They NEVER WORK Response to this was plainly written by someone claiming to be a mgr but absolutely DID NOT CARE Read reviews I wish I had

Do not buy from here dressed aren t true to the listed measurements so i shipped them back Poor quality and now i m stuck with a store credit less a restocking fee and shipping cost I don t want to use Customer service is slow and takes multiple attempts to get them to respond Any business that doesn t provide refunds is a scam
